1. What is your return policy?
There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 30 days of your original order date, and your gear needs to be
unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine) and in the original condition that
it was sent out to you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show
signs of being worn around :(
2. What return options can I choose from?
We don't do exchanges but right now all we can offer is a 100% refund of your purchase.
3. What is you guys sent me a faulty item?
We're so sorry!! We pride ourselves on quality so if we sent you something that's not quite right, be sure to email us at email@example.com so we can do everything to bring happy vibes back into your life!
4. Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately no :( Sale items can only be returned if faulty.
5. How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment generally takes between 2-7 business days and your order will be shipped shortly after!
