Girl's Brunch: The Quirky Anime Lover

Hola mi gente!

Need some inspo for your first girl's outing in a year? I'm going to give you a few options in this series based on the personalities of all my girls but I figured I'd start with me! As you probably have figured out already, I'm the quirky 70s inspired anime lover of my friend group and I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. Sometimes I'm a little edgier than others, and sometimes I'll even wear pink (if you know my IRL you know how big a deal that is)!

Today though, I'm sharing a quick outfit that I put together based on one of my favorite anime-themed shirts.

Boom Boy (not his actual name) is one of my favorites. I know he's super intense but something about him just has a place in my heart lol! I hope some of you anime/manga lovers can relate.

I got this shirt from the kids' section in Uniqlo (I cut it into a crop top later), it was on clearance at the time so, WIN; paired it with a thrifted corduroy A-line skirt, white gogo boots from Amazon, gold sparkle hoops, and the coolest sunglasses that were ever gifted to me. Usually, I'm not a corduroy person but the marigold color on this one was too beautiful to pass up! It's such a great color for fall and spring so I knew it would be a staple in my wardrobe and worth the whole $5 I paid for it. I'm all about the deals mamas!

My hair is in my go-to Minnie buns because honestly, I was rocking day 7 curls and they were not it. Something had to be done so I could look less like I just woke up from a two-day nap, and more like I meant to present myself to the outside world.

Eso es todo que lo tengo para ti hoy a crop top I love and a skirt I just happened upon that made a dream outfit! Don't you just love when that happens? Now please enjoy this TikTok of me being my awkward weeb self:

Until next time! Peace and love to Infinity and Beyond.
